HR Think Tank

The main aim of the HR Uprising is to encourage HR Professionals to rise up and be counted. By encouraging ourselves and others to learn, through sharing ideas and solutions, we can only reach higher levels of success. Therefore, the HR Uprising brand is more than just a podcast, but a state of mind.

Encouraging feedback

Founder and host of the HR Uprising, Lucinda Carney, has been delighted with the feedback so far.

“Having listened to several episodes, I just wanted to say that you have already inspired me to think about meaningful projects to undertake, and I’m even more excited about starting my career within HR.” Caroline Crawley, Learning and Employment.

Driven by her motivation to help others within HR, Lucinda has also created an HR Uprising Linkedin group to facilitate collaborative learning. We hope that you will join the group if you haven’t already.

What’s next for The HR Uprising?

With the Festive Season fast approaching, Lucinda will be hosting a special collection of podcast episodes titled ‘Twelve in 12’ this December. These will be twelve-minute conversations with twelve varied HR Professionals based on their career journey.

Another highlight is that Lucinda has finished writing her first book on ‘How to be a Change Superhero’. This will be available sometime next year so be sure to key an eye out for it.
