Recently launched ‘The HR Uprising Podcast’ reaches No.1 in Apple Podcast Business Charts

CEO of Actus Software, Lucinda Carney, has this week launched the ‘HR Uprising’ brand and subsequent podcast series ‘The HR Uprising Podcast’. Sparked by Lucinda’s passion to help HR Professionals to rise up and be counted. this highly engaging podcast series has been described as both educational and entertaining, covering specialist topics and interviews with relevant experts and, most importantly, real-life HR, O.D. and L&D professionals.

The purpose of the HR Uprising is to build a collaborative tribe of like-minded HR, O.D. and L&D professionals who can learn from each other. It is about taking evidence-based action and helping colleagues to have the confidence and skills to rise-up through their organisations by delivering real, lasting business value.

The HR Uprising Podcast

Since its launch on 10th June, The HR Uprising Podcast has jumped to position 1 in the Apple Podcast Business Top Charts. A range of formats are used which include the following;

1. ‘HR Uprising explores’ where Lucinda will share insights on a specific topic that she has researched or is experienced in.
2. ‘Conversations with’ are interviews with experts or aligned professionals to the HR Industry.
3. ‘Professional insights’ are also conversational but this is where we talk to other real-life HR/L&D or OD peers and take the opportunity to learn from others
4. ‘Specialist topics’ are where we focus in on specific topics to bring value to smaller sections of our community.

So far, the Podcast has included conversations with Professor Rob Briner, awarded the ‘Most Influential HR Thinker’ by the British HR Magazine and Mervyn Dinnen, co-author of the book ‘Exceptional Talent’.
