This could be due to fatigue, motivation or lack of clarity and feedback. The bottom line is that most people want to deliver their best but anyone can go “off the boil”. This course looks at how managers can inspire and energise people to deliver their best consistently. Ideal for an audience of 4-16 managers.

 

Purpose: To provide managers and team leaders with the knowledge, skills and tools to maximise the engagement and performance of their team. This programme has been developed by psychologist, experienced trainer and bestselling author Lucinda Carney and is suitable for new and experienced people managers.

Mode of Delivery: This interactive programme is available as a fully virtual two-part programme, one day face to face or hybrid options can also be explored in line with your numbers and needs.

Guideline Investment Options:

  • Fully virtual: Part 1 & 2 run as separate virtual sessions – £1250,
  • Blended: Part 1 virtual session & Part 2 half day face to face £1750
  • Face to face: Parts 1 & 2 in one day face to face £1950
