Refer a Friend!

How it works:

You can email referrals@actus.com or ask your referee to email and provide your name. Or fill in our refer a friend form here.

From there we will get in touch to discuss their needs and share an overview of Actus Software. Once your friend signs up to Actus a member of our referrals team will contact you to confirm which thank you gift you would like you can choose from:

• A Fortnum & Mason hamper (with alcohol)
• A Fortnum & Mason hamper (alcohol free)
• A donation of £250 to a charity of your choice.

It’s as simple as that! You can refer as many friends or colleagues as you like, each time they contract with Actus we will send you a thank you gift.

Conditions

• We would love to share our success stories on our social media channels, please advise if you don’t want us to do so.
• Signs up means the referral signs the Actus Software and Services agreement and has paid the initial set up fee.
• The thank you gifts are non-exchangeable once selected and are not exchangeable for a cash reward.
• Any payments made must be to a registered charity and as such we will require the name of the charity and may undertake relevant checks to ensure the validity of such charity.
• All hampers will be purchased from Fortnum & Mason and as such Actus Software have no liability for the products or delivery.
• You cannot refer yourself. You can only refer new customers who haven’t yet signed up for Actus Software
• Your referral must be new to Actus Software. You can’t refer an existing customer or anyone who’s previously had Actus Software within the last 6 months.
