About Us

Actus™ is the name of our performance appraisal system and Advance Change Ltd is the name of our organisational development and training consultancy. We were founded in 2009 by Lucinda Carney who is a Business Psychologist with a senior background in Corporate Learning & Organisational Development. She understands first hand the challenges of making performance management meaningful, especially when working with clunky HR or paper based performance appraisal systems and is responsible for a number of the built in design features that can make your life easier.

Lucinda and the team are expert in demonstrating how your performance appraisal system can and should align with your organisational strategy in order to deliver sustainable results. She is a respected speaker on performance management and engagement, so if you want support creating the business case or convincing the board of the strategic value of Performance Management then she is on hand to help. Despite our growth, she is still actively involved in the business and has hand picked a team of HR and learning & development professionals in order to maintain the ethos of partnership and added value that is so important to Advance Change.
