360 feedback is a really powerful development tool, we offer it as part of our management and change training courses and can also offer individual or group 360 services as part of a managed service offering. Having obtained the 360 report, what really matters is the way in which the feedback is interpreted and incorporated into an individual’s development plan which can be supported by one of our qualified coaches.
