We are delighted to announce that this week marks the 2nd anniversary of the HR Uprising Podcast. Since launching in June 2019, the CEO of Actus Performance Management Software, Lucinda Carney has released more than one episode a week, that’s 116 episodes in total! Sparked by Lucinda’s passion to help HR Professionals to rise up and make a difference. Certainly, this highly engaging podcast series has been described as both educational and entertaining, covering specialist topics and interviews with relevant experts and, most importantly, real-life HR, O.D., and L&D professionals.

In a special episode to mark the 2-year anniversary of the podcast, Lucinda reflects on some of the highlights over the two years of the show, in which some amazing guests have shared their insights, tips, advice, and guidance, allowing people to become better and more effective people professionals. To mark the occasion Lucinda will also be hosting a special Q&A Panel Discussion with guests on the topic of ‘Addressing The Challenges of a Hybrid Workplace’. This will be open to all members of The HR Uprising LinkedIn Group to share tips and support one another.
