The HR Uprising podcast proudly celebrated its 250th episode, marking a significant milestone in its journey since launching on May 19, 2019. Over the past few years, the podcast has explored HR ‘hot’ topics and challenges through conversations with relevant experts and real-life HR; O.D. or L&D professionals.

He has worked in the Hospitality, Manufacturing, Consumer Products, and Professional Services industries in various HR roles. He shares his remarkable career journey and the evolution of his role within the organisation. Steve examines the importance of strategic thinking in HR, the value of collaboration, and the need for HR professionals to engage with their teams on a personal level.
