Actus had been providing FläktWood in the UK with performance management software for a number of years, so when FläktGroup, the parent company started looking for a Performance Management Solution, Actus was one of the systems recommended.

One of the first challenges was translating the comprehensive MAP (Managing and Appraising Performance) leadership process into Actus. Although driven by Excel, the terminology and structure was heavily embedded throughout the business, so it was important to ensure that Actus was as familiar as possible. The Implementation Team at Actus worked tirelessly with the Performance Management team within FläktGroup with multiple iterations and tweaks. They worked together to reconfigure, relabel; restructure and rebrand the default Actus design, effectively replicating the excel MAP process online.
