The Actus HR Management System is incredibly flexible due to its configurability. For a smaller business it can be used as an ‘out of the box’ solution for storing and reporting on key personnel details including contractual terms, emergency contacts, pay and benefits. We also offer bespoke configuration of pages, fields and levels of encryption.
A number of clients who have existing HR payroll systems have chosen to use the Actus database solution due to the ease of building bespoke modules, allowing them to use it for their own onboarding, offboarding or to track and report on key data including diversity information.
Actus Absence allows clients to build individualised working patterns and book holiday or track sickness down to the nearest half day. Managers can view the team calendar before authorising absence and doctor’s notes can be uploaded by the employee. Reporting includes Bradford Factor alerts and can be filtered by absence type.
