This is why Business Psychologist and CEO of Actus, Lucinda Carney launched a new training programme aimed at providing line managers and team leaders with an essential set of tools to enable them to manage the performance and wellbeing of a hybrid team.

In-company or bespoke programmes

If you have a cohort of 6 or more people it is highly cost-effective to opt for an in-house programme where we can tailor the course and timings to your business requirements. A minimum of 6 people is required for an in-company course, with a maximum of 20 attendees per session. Priced at £3,000 per standard 4 module cohort with up to 20 people. Post-work: Reflect and practice one of your development actions and initiate 360

Module 2 – Clarity and Coaching for Accountability

Course Content:

Pre-work: Bring some examples of SMART business objectives

  • Defining effective hybrid management
  • What are SMARTER objectives
  • Adapting SMART objectives for a hybrid workplace
  • Short term milestones and check-ins
  • Coaching for accountability and positioning hybrid empowerment

Post work: Evaluate the objectives set for your team & update with short-term milestones

Module 3 – Feedback, Recognition and Developing Talent

Pre-work: Review the feedback video

  • Understand the difference between specific and general feedback
  • Practice giving quality feedback for hybrid management
  • Why and how to create a culture of recognition

Module 4 – Managing Underperformance

  • Understanding the causes of underperformance in a hybrid workplace
  • Grasping the nettle – turning performance round
  • Adapting your style to effectively deal with underperformers
  • Dealing with specific challenging scenarios around performance
