Winter wellbeing concerns

As many of us are aware, Covid-19 has highlighted mental health and wellbeing concerns. From some suffering due to isolation, others due to stress around job security, or worrying about familial physical health. Whilst some people have found coping mechanisms to deal with Coronavirus related stress, others continue to fluctuate or decline. Certainly, this comes as no surprise to us, as our previous Linkedin poll showed that around nine-in-ten UK workers were suffering from some level of ‘lockdown lethargy’. With winter fast approaching, what will this mean for our wellbeing? As days become shorter and gloomier, seasonal affective disorder will almost certainly further contribute to lower moods and demotivation.
